YOUTH ARENA SOCCER FACILITY

The Santa Maria Valley YMCA has the only arena soccer facility on the Central Coast with professional dasherboards and playing surface, lighting, and scoreboard.

PHILOSOPHY AT The YMCA
Youth sports programs promote skill development, fair competition, sportsmanship, and the premise that “Everybody Plays, Everybody Wins.” Youth Sports leagues rely on the involvement of volunteer coaches who accept this philosophy. In YMCA Youth Super Sports, there are no all-star teams, playoffs, or league champions. Each participant receives the same season-ending award. Strict rules govern the conduct of players, parents and coaches involved in the program. Players sign up as INDIVIDUALS, not as a team, and a pre-season skills evaluation helps YMCA staff in forming teams.

LEAGUE INFORMATION - Age Groups
3 to 5 year olds
6 to 7 year olds
8 to 9 year olds
10 to 12 year olds

LEAGUE FEES
Depending on the season, fees include a 6-8 week season, team jersey and end of season award.  Open to all with special rates for YMCA Members.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT 
Shin guards, indoor shoes, tennis shoes or cleats.
